I was going to hang a stained glass piece in the window above the whirlpool bath. The Bath can be large and has plumbing ready for a twin head shower or large whirlpool tub. The design of the wide stairs from the garage and straight up thru the main floor to the top floor should allow for most any hardware or appliance to be moved in. We really did have great ideas for this room, we just got too busy to see it through. From here you can see to Wells Mesa and beyond to the Arizona strip.

The view from here is of North Zion and Pine Mountain, with Goose Berry Mesa; where there is a top class course for slick rock biking and connection to a huge regional trail system. The front Windows you see in your neighbors home are 10 feet from the floor, and can not be seen out of.

This is the neighborhood. We are at the end of the street and all lots are sold but three are yet to be developed. All acreage in our front view is a private holding with no zoning that can interfere unless they strike water of their own. We are a newly incorporated rural town of large area and small population. Well This is It!

I just wish we had the time to do what we wanted up here. Wonderful space with a great feel to it. And just think of the possiblities with the space if you needed more room, for your family, for a B&B and for art workshop housing space. All of the materials are here to finish the insulation work and do the full drywall job. The wiring is around the perimeter for outlets and some lights. One or two circuits await lighting locations and entertaiment appliance locations. The Two phone lines are in and so is a lead from the Directv Box. All water lines are plumbed from the dual 'Manabloc" distribution system. And most importantly, the room is ready with a thermostatically controlled loop from the radiant heat boiler system. Ready to be finished that is. I have not decided between another floor install or a series of efficient baseboard radiators around the perimeter of the room. The beam above is huge and 42' long; you could support a swing from it or anything else. Even lighting and fans. I think there are 14 windows up here including one that is at floor level and provides access to the fire escape ladder down to the deck.

Zion is such a great place to take pictures of. The changing colors, the light and shades changing every minute.
